Undertake tasks around performance management.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like timeto hire and employee turnover rates.
Organizequarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic andpaper form.
Enhance job satisfaction byresolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits andorganizing team building activities.
Qualifications and requirements :
Deepunderstanding of UAE Labor Law and employment equityregulations.
