  • Drive vertical and horizontal alignment forservice delivery across OFS Product lines for integrated projectsEssential Responsibilities :
  • Accountable for product line operational performance within theregion
  • Execute the remote operationsstrategy to drive operational productivity
  • Customer Engagement
  • Local customer communication regarding servicedelivery and performance enhancement projects
  • Participate with in local business performancereviews meeting with key accounts
  • Participate in high impact incident response with localcustomers
  • Conduct readiness review ofpersonnel, equipment, facilities to deliver business plans andcustomer expectations and escalate to global team asnecessary
  • Key PerformanceIndicators
  • Monitor KPI to evaluateeffectiveness of operational activity
  • Action any deviation from KPI targets to drive continuousimprovement

  • Ensuretransactional discipline and adoption of managing the job cycleprocess and content
  • Ensure trainedand competent personnel perform each activity
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Identify any gaps in local capabilities anddevelop improvement plans to ensure compliance with globalstandards
  • Field incident managementprocess reporting, root cause determination, corrective actions andclosure
  • IWS Specific Task
  • Ensure projects consider HSE specific riskswithin the Risk Management Process and build HSE elements directlyinto scheduling and planning
  • Reviewproject schedule and determine the level of planning required toensure delivery of the expected deliverables for a statedproject
  • Consider demand and capacityfor BHGE Product Lines during the preparation of the schedule forall the projects in the region with the goal of balancing demandfor resources with the available supply
  • Strong understanding of upstreambusiness environment, including technical and logisticalelements
  • Good knowledge of WellEngineering, Well Construction, Well Intervention, Rig contractormanagement, equipment packages and technical solutions
  • Excellent leadership, strong interpersonal,influencing and planning skills
  • Ability to manage,develop, coach and mentor complex teams
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a global matrixorganization
  • Extensive knowledge ofbusiness plans, Project Planning, and execution of all elements ofProject Execution Plans Desired Characteristics :
  • High Degree of project management and / oroperational experience with BHGE
  • Expected travel frequency 30%
  • Excellent communication skills, tact and diplomacy to interfacewith various internal and external customers
