Job Qualifications andExperience

Graduate with a Degree in a business relatedfield of study

At least 2+ years of experience in acustomer service role

Excellent interpersonal skillsand good telephone etiquettes

Good communication skillswith a strong commitment on delivering excellent services tocustomers

Ability to work well under pressure

Suitable candidates must be from Asia

Computerskills with good knowledge in working with Microsoft Office

The incumbent must be very good in English

Outstanding skills in dealing with clients
