  • Proactively solicit, manage accounts within corporate segment in the assisgned territory
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Accounts being handled, their potential, our market share, C&B requirements, other hotel related requirements, RFP related information, RFP decision making process (where applicable)
  • Deliver assigned KPI targets (weekly, monthly, yearly).
  • Make recommendations to the DOS on necessary sales action plans and strategy to develop and increase production from own accounts / industry segment
  • Monitor and provide feedback to DOS on competitors’ activities in the market and develop plans to ensure the hotel’s strategy is in line with the market conditions
  • Communicate effectively, both verbal and written, with GSOs, hotel based sales team to effectively implement the corporate sales strategy
  • Communicate effectively to GSOs on all issues relevant to hotel accounts in order to maximize market penetration / exposure
  • Support Director of Sales (DOS) establishing templates and preparation in drawing up of company contracts for the hotels in accordance with the current business strategy and price / market conditions
  • Coordinate any required administrative work in terms of reporting of figures, account forecasts and drawing up account development plans within the time frame given and the quality expected
  • Be fully up to date with actual / forecast / budgeted volumes, revenues and occupancies of the hotel
  • Continuously research and prospect for attractive new business within the assigned industry segment / s in order to meet growth targets
  • Initiate, implement and update Account Development Plan’s for assigned customers
  • Responsible for 100% account penetration by establishing close relationships at all levels within the assigned accounts
  • Attend industry & association networking events in order to broaden relevant commercial contacts
  • Plan and conduct customer entertainments across the hotel F&B outlets
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct site inspections across the hotel
  • Plan, coordinate and attend designated FAM Trips
  • Ensure all of your customer / partner data is accurately recorded in Sales systems.

  • Deliver brand message to customers-A hotel management degree from an internationally recognized body (essential)-A business management degree (desirable) -At least 3 years in luxury hotel sales within the Corporate segment (essential)-Dubai market experience and knowledge (essential)-P Knowledge of Opera PMS, DelphiStrong Selling and Negotiation Skills
