A well reputed catering industry is lookingto hire a Receptionist

Jobs Requirements : a-Required education - Higher Secondary education / Graduate / Diploma Course completed. b- Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience ina similar role or in a customer service oriented position.

c-Displays good interpersonal, verbal and written communicationskills and organizational skills. d- Efficient, punctual, positive,enthusiastic and customer service attitude.

e- Polite and friendlymanner with good telephone skills. Job Responsibilities : a- Answersand directs all incoming telephone queries.

Answers calls politely,quickly and efficiently using the switchboard. b- Serves as thefirst point of contact in meeting and greeting Clients and staff.

c- Maintains conference room schedules and appearance, assists withpreparation for special meetings and events, places service callsfor building management.

d- Coordinates and organised thestationery order and maintains office deliveries

Contract length : 24 months

Job Types : Full-time, Contract

Experience :

  • receptionist / secretary : 1 year (Preferred)
