The role will report to the ExecutiveAssistant of the Partner Group, who will mentor and provide supportto the Team Assistant and support career development within theorganisation.
Key responsibilities include expense reconciliation,preparing expense reports for the Partner group, client marketingsupport by leading in email distribution of client marketinginitiatives or communications, CRM maintenance, updating clientcontact and company profiles and ensuring accuracy of informationfor firm use.
There will alsobe back up team support to the Partners when needed, to ExecutiveAssistants that are on leave including daily administration, diarymanagement and travel arrangements.
Additionally, the TeamAssistant would be called upon for ad hoc firm or project relatedactivities. We are looking for a minimum of two years relevantworking experience and Arabic would be considered a plus but is notmandatory.
The ideal candidate must be willing to learn andcomfortable with heavy data entry and administrative work. Theymust also be positive and proactive, highly organised and able toengage with colleagues at all levels.
Technical skills required areWord, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook along with knowledge of CRMsystems advantageous.
