A leading Company in Dubai requires a dynamic, hardworking and innovative Office Assistant to fill the position in Dubai.
Job Responsibilities : Ensure all necessary documentation is well-maintained. Act as a liaison between the company and any external organization(s).
Maintain personnel files. Ensure that all government regulations are being followed. Ensure that office supplies are maintained at all times.
Will be required to travel to various locations at times. Regularly follow up with clients regarding payments and any other needs.
