Job Key Details :
Required to oversee the production processes
Responsible for training the operators
Oversee and motivate the production workers
Provide support to the production manager in ensuring the planned quantity is produced each day
Offer daily updates to the production manager on production status
Adhere to quality standards as well as established policies and procedures
Direct all aspects of the production stages
Job Qualifications and Experience :
Should hold a technical background with a minimum of 1 or more years of experience in the same or related role
Must be a good communicator with strong problem solving skills
Good project management skills
