Job Details :

  • Greet visitorsand ensure they are put through to the relevant department if theyhave an appointment.
  • Screen calls through tomanagement and retain a log book for record purposes andmessages.
  • Handling and coordinating flightbookings and other reservations as required.
  • Prepare responses to correspondence and routineenquiries.
  • Assist training department intraining administrative work and scheduling.
  • Liaison with employees on memo's and corporatecommunication.
  • Assist Management to do alladministrative requirements as requested.
  • Manage and maintain executives schedule.
  • Maintain a monthly calendar of meetings and regularlyupdated itinerary.
  • JobRequirements :

  • Bachelor degreeholder.
  • Candidate should have superiorcustomer service skills with excellent telephoneetiquette.
  • Candidates must be in possession ofa positive attitude with pleasing personality.
  • Strongorganizational skills.

  • Comprehensive knowledgeof basic Microsoft Office programs like word processor, spreadsheetand outlook.
  • Must also have the ability tocommunicate in a clear and professional manner.
