The focus of this role is on maintaining andgrowing existing relationships and fostering new ones to sourceappropriate deal flow, conduct detailed due diligence and executetransactions, though the successful candidate will also be involvedin ongoing asset management, periodic valuations, financingexercises and disposals / harvesting of assets to redeploy capital.
The present investment strategy is UK focused, with a concentrationon the hospitality and residential sectors (both Private RentedSector and for sale), with a value-add to opportunistic thesis.
Assets are sourced via on-market processes and off-marketapproaches and the Group is not restricted by hold period soretains the flexibility to tailor their strategy to suit marketopportunities.
Job Responsibilities : Identifying potentialinvestment opportunities across the UK and key European gatewaycities, conducting thorough due diligence including detailedinvestment appraisals Responsibilities include sourcing potentialreal estate investments via existing Group relationships, via theirown networks and fostering new partnerships based on the approvedinvestment strategy The successful candidate will influence theapproved investment strategy based on market opportunities andtrends as viewed by the collective management team Responsible forthe analysis of real estate opportunities for the Group, includingfinancial modelling (MS Excel), transaction structure analyses andpreparing presenting / business ideas to stakeholders Responsiblefor contributing to any sales processes in terms of strategy,pricing, appointment of intermediaries and negotiations relative tothe sale, legal agreements and other areas Completing financialmodelling, market reviews, appraisals, and cashflow models for eachinvestment opportunity Screening of investment deal flow,underwriting, due diligence, structuring and execution oftransactions, monitoring and divestments Prepare presentations,recommendations and further materials as required for use withinand external to the organisation Qualifications, Experience andSkills : Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institutionin business administration, economics, finance, or real Estate.
Experience in the UK property market, research and / or analyticalenvironments. The successful candidate will be keen to work acrossall functions of the business from investment andfinance underwriting to the operational management through toinvestor reporting.
A successful track record of sourcing,structuring, financing, managing, and disposing of real estate. Aconfident, ambitious self-starter who wants to take ownership of aproject and run with it as a key member of the deal team and assetmanagement functions is what is required.
A proactive work ethic,with a entrepreneurial attitude, able to work with minimalsupervision. Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office, inparticular Excel.
