    Key responsibilities areas :

  • Achieve targeted sales volume in the given area of responsibility as per the business plan.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
  • Finding new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers via telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.
  • Ensure compliance to the approved pricelist and ensure profitability for all sales achieved.
  • Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on products and their features.
  • Provide professional support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Remain in frequent contact with customers to understand their needs.
  • Respond to complaints and resolves issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
  • Conducts field visits, bench-mark analysis to keep abreast with competitors’ position, market conditions, and customer needs affecting market trends.
  • Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity, customer and product information.
  • Key Competencies :

  • You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the IT Hardware industry.
  • You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors and Dealers.
  • You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.
  • You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • You are a strong networker & relationship builder
  • You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments
  • You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
