The Job

Key responsibilities areas :

Achieve targeted sales volume in the given area of responsibility as per the business plan.

Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.

Finding new sales opportunities by contacting prospective customers via telephone, cold call premise visits, networking, and industry events.

Ensure compliance to the approved pricelist and ensure profitability for all sales achieved.

Design, develop, and deliver sales proposals and presentations on products and their features.

Provide professional support to enhance customer satisfaction.

Remain in frequent contact with customers to understand their needs.

Respond to complaints and resolves issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.

Conducts field visits, bench-mark analysis to keep abreast with competitors’ position, market conditions, and customer needs affecting market trends.

Maintains all sales databases necessary to report sales activity, customer and product information.

Key Competencies :

You have at least 2 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) or Sales (B2C) role, ideally within the IT Hardware industry.

You have prior experience in dealing with Distributors and Dealers.

You possess solid expertise in Direct Sales and Enterprise Sales.

You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.

You are a strong networker & relationship builder

You are highly goal driven and work well in fast paced environments

You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
