The Ideal applicant will carefully assess their students’ skills and interest to determine relative advice for their cohort moving forward.
They will evaluate students background, education, and training, to help them develop realistic goals.Counsellorswill support students to explore feelings and emotions that are often related to their experiences.
This will allow students to think deeply and carefully about their future choices with regards to academia and entry into the working world.
As a career’s counsellor, you will not give advice, but help clients to make their own choices.
Educational Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in career guidance, Counseling or a related Field
Excellent oral and written English essential
Spoken and written Arabic is an advantage
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role and in an educational environment
