The ClientOur Client are a unique regional integrated communications network with offices in Central and Eastern Europe Russia and the CIS the Middle East North Africa and the Eastern Mediterranean They are looking to hire a Finance Administration Assistant to join their fast paced energetic team based in Dubai UAE Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 2 years Finance experience preferably within the service industry University Degree Excellent communication and computer skills Possesses a flexible approach to work Ability to analyze and solve problems Able to work well under pressureResponsibilities Reconcile Reimbursement Requests with receipts Flag discrepancies as needed Prepare all document transmittals forms Enter expenses into accounting system following Reimbursement Requests approval Generate client invoices monthly templates and amounts provided Print on company letterhead for authorized sign stamp Generate quotes as requested Print on company letterhead for authorized sign stamp Perform other duties as required Kindly note that due to the number of applications we receive we will be in touch only with successful applicants within seven days
