About the Position :
We are currently looking for performance driven Pre Owned Sales Consultant to work within our Lexus-Pre owned Division in Dubai.
As part of the Pre owned Sales team, you will be primarily responsible for achieving / exceeding the targeted sales of AFM Pre Owned Vehicles (Toyota / Lexus) while maintaining / improving the customer service experience.
You will be able to maximise every sales opportunity and build a long term business relationship with all our customers.
Ensure that the customer’s expectations always meet or exceeded by strict adherence to the sales process and standards set by Lexus.
You are also expected to constantly improve and update your knowledge on product range, features and benefits, general automotive industry and technical developments, market trends, competitor analysis, sales techniques and customer handling skills.
About You :
You should have a basic qualification and an experienced pre owned sales executive with good customer handling and negotiation skills.
will understand fully the sales process and adhere to this and all other Lexus Pre Owned standards to deliver the highest possible service and customer experience.
Target driven achiever with the ability to make the most of every opportunity. You must have knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services, this includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
You should also be able to communicate effectively and you are required to work at flexible hour and in shifts. Confident and effective at providing information will be an asset.
