The Role

  • You will be responsible for designing and leading key learning and development material, creating learning programmes, personal development assessment and succession plans.
  • In addition to local projects you will contribute to global projects.
  • Design deliver and develop key L & D programmes at both a strategic and operational level
  • Evaluate the current training portfolio
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered by managers
  • Provide a consultant training approach
  • Management development
  • Pro-actively shape a learning culture
  • Candidate Requirements

  • Candidates will have 12 years plus experience of creating and delivering L & D strategies and programmes.
  • Candidates who have worked in Oil and Gas, Energy, Renewables, Water or utilities are preferred.
