The job purpose is to maximize the performance of the company by providing professional leadership focusing on accuracy of the P L Profit and Loss and support functional operational excellence Principal Accountabilities of the role -

Ensure the accuracy of all inputs into the Financial system monitoring outputs and taking corrective and preventative action where necessary -

Manage the functions and team of Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Fixed Assets GL Payroll and Cash Management - Ensure KPIs set are relevant and reported in a timely manner investigating any variance and taking corrective action where required -

Produce accurate and timely financial information about the companys financial status and performance to enable decisions to be taken relating to the companys financial strength and security -

Maintain effective working relationships with the other team members providing information and advice in support of business decisions and provide financial advice to the managers including branches -

Ensure AP AR Treasury Payroll and Fixed Asset functions reconcile monthly and ensure P L regularly reviewed to ensure accuracy of inputs -

Monitor and control the financial inputs and ensure compliance with relevant statutory requirements - Recommend any changes necessary to improve the companys financial performance and financial controls -

Work with all functions to maximize cash and minimize working capital Preparation of cash floats on daily basis with 6 days cash flow projections -

Oversee the accurate and timely processing of complete payroll operation including year-end reports - Prepare appropriation requests and reports on approved capital spending for company -

Responsible in assuring that the internal controls in place are adequate and in compliance with all corporate governance requirements -

Ensures compliance to all relevant Accounting standards and responsible for ensuring company is appropriately insured against all relevant risks -

Manage the companys relationship with its Bankers Auditors Company Secretary Insurers and other third parties
