In Your New Role YouWill

  • BUILD aninternal network with the assigned territory to be seen a keymember of the sales management team
  • ECXITE thecustomer using the MEDDIC sales approach and develop high qualitybusiness cases that ensure :
  • Software is soldat the correct price floor
  • Deals close ontime
  • The correct software is sold to theclient to achieve overall transformation agenda
  • DRIVE the software selling motionin the German Region to create a mature and repeatable ELA sellingmethodology into the region
  • DEVELOP andmaintain an external CXO level network to support the successfulpositioning and closing of ELAs
  • BE viewed asthe subject matter expert on ELAs and Dell Technologies’transformation agenda
  • EssentialRequirements

  • Provenexperience selling enterprise software and large multi-yearELA’s into Enterprise Accounts and ability to managecomplex negotiations with all levels of clients
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota whilemaintaining customer loyalty and required productmargins
  • Strong experience and the ability toevangelize on the value of transformational business cases to driveand accelerate a sales campaign using knowledge of the IT industry,software and enterprise license agreements
  • Strategic account planning experience, history ofpro-active creation and ongoing management of detailed accountplans
  • Willingness and ability to travel withinregion
