Our Epic Adventure

IMG Worlds of Adventure will be the largesttemperature controlled indoor themed entertainment destination in the world,covering an area in excess of 1.

5 million square feet. With the capacity towelcome more than 20,000 guests a day, the destination will feature a uniquearray of adrenaline-pumping roller coasters, thrill rides, and spine-tinglingattractions based on popular Cartoon Network characters, iconic MARVEL SuperHeroes and hair-raising dinosaurs.

Additionally, the destination will be hometo a number of world-firsts, a variety of themed retail stores, exclusivedining venues, and a 12-screen state-of-the-art cinema.

Your Epic Opportunity

IMG Worlds arelooking for a dynamic and focused Assistant Promotions & Marketing ActivationsManager to provide support to the Director of Strategic alliances to ensure acomprehensive service is delivered to the business and key deliverables areachieved by creating effective marketing promotions in the UAE market throughto worldwide alliances.

The Highlights

Diarymanagement & travel arrangements :

  • Ensure effective planning and managing of the CEO’sdiary based on priorities and changing needs.
  • Schedule appointments, bookings and events timeouslyand with relevant parties.
  • Follow up with schedules parties on attendance.
  • Ensure the calendar is kept up to date and futurepriorities are reflected in advance.
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements, whilst takinginto consideration the CEO’s travel preferences, times and costing.
  • Office Administration :

  • Draft correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Assist with thepreparation of presentations, invitations and other documents.
  • Provide general administrative support(e.g. preparing documents / filing / scanning / photocopy.
  • Handle pettycash
  • Keepinformation up to date (telephone numbers & other relevant information)
  • Book meetingand conference rooms as requested.
  • Organise catering, as and when required.
  • Customer service :

  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times.
  • Stay calm, patient and polite when engaging withvisitors and staff.
  • Use clear and professional language and appropriate etiquette.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
