ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES To deal withqueries or requests from the visitors and employees. To act as apoint of contact between employees and guests and schedulingappointments.
Responsible for monitoring the use of equipment andsupplies within the office. The candidate is to identify andresolve administrative problems and inquiries.
JOB REQUIREMENTSMust have analytical and problem solving skills. Should be bepunctual, honesty and able to prioritize work.
Candidates must bewith at least 1-2 years previous experience as Receptionist or inAdministration role. Must have good computer knowledge andpreferably MS word and Excel.
Having excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills.
