Your key priority will be delivering apositive customer experience during all interactions with existingand potential parents, visitors, staff and students.
Your main responsibilities will include providinginformation to visitors on a full range of topics, answering phonecalls in a courteous manner and maintaining a database of schoolvisitors.
You will provide an excellent andmemorable customer experience while ensuring that GEMS policies,procedures and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
You willhave excellent communication and organisation skills. You will workin close relationships with the front of house team, attend staffmeetings and serve on committees as and whenrequired.
