Essential Skills & ProfileRequired :

  • 5 years ofcumulative experience in comparable roles, with at least 2 yearsleading the front office operations of a market leading hotelbrand.
  • Expert front office operationsknowledge
  • Advanced problem solving andcustomer service skills.
  • Advanced VIP guestservices and relationship skills.
  • Degree orDiploma in Catering or Hotel and Tourism Management
  • Displays emotional maturity and sensitivity in dealingwith others.
  • Operates with integrity andobjectivity at all times.
  • Extremely organizedand demonstrates good planning skills.
  • Sensitive to guest needs.
  • TechSavvy
  • Proactive to address and resolveissues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced workenvironment.
  • First class people skills and theability to communicate effectively across a multi-national,multi-cultural environment.
  • The ability todeliver results within a pressurized deadline drivenenvironment
