Key ResponsibilitiesResponding to general enquiriesManaging and executing all payroll related activities including payroll processing overtime calculation and employee settlementsMonitoring and generating reports for Time Attendance system for absenteeismMaintaining the personnel files for nonmanagement staff as per guidelinesMaintaining and tracking employee movements and modifications in the Oracle ERP systemHandling all petty cash expenses and claimsPreparing statement of all bills relating to Petrol telephone and SEWACoordinating with and scheduling drivers for miscellaneous tasksClearing all department invoicesHandling and coordinating hired labor requirementsHandling insurance claims of employeesMaintaining recruitment and training related documentationAssisting in employee joining exitArranging for insurance ID labor and other cardsExecuting and coordinating for visa and gatepass renewals of new and existing employeesPreparing requisitions POs related to HR admin dept.

Coordinating for sewerage and chemical water disposalCoordinating for employee engagement programsAssisting in conducting training sessions
