Key Responsibilities Provide consultancy and advice to managers and employees on learning and personal development needs, and proactively design and deliver solutions which meet requirements.
Undertake training needs analysis for various departments and managers as required. Support the People Development Manager in coordinating and delivering identified training solutions.
Prepare and write new training material for approved training programs. Coordinate and deliver in house workshops as per schedule or business requirement.
Continuously improve and modify programs and content of courses as required by evaluation and feedback. Identify and evaluate external training providers to meet training and development needs.
