Job Responsibilities

  • Cover theSales & Marketing team in preparing monthly presentations,and when needed, liason up with compliance, Shariah, legal andrisk, administrators, custodians, third party platforms, assist inreviewing legal documents and perform various administrativeduties.
  • Develop and execute against targeted salesplans, with a deep understanding of our strategy and ourclient’s priorities.
  • Develop a deepunderstanding of our products, our clients and our firm.Collaborate with our Sales teams, Capital Markets Group, Marketing,Research and Product teams.
  • Communicate strategy and targets toclients.

  • Support the sales team by establishing andimplementing sales plans to maximize the distribution of MashreqCapital Funds.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such asSales & Marketing, Fixed Income, Equities, compliance andsupport where needed.
  • Manage key Asset ManagerRelationship and growth these relationships.
  • Develop anddeliver a clear sales strategy for distributors of Mashreq CapitalMutual Funds in the UAE. Job Requirements
  • Ability tovisit distributors (Banks, Insurance companies) within the UAE on aregular basis
  • Intellectually curious and strongattention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication,interpersonal, and relationship building skills.
  • Comfortable and confident in presenting to clients and pitchingdifferent products.
  • Degree in Business Administration(Investments), CISI certificate, preferably MBA.
  • 3-5years of industry experience, preferably with funds (Fixed Income& Equities).
  • Excel and PowerPoint expertise is amust
  • Ability to multi-task long-term and short-termgoals and projects effectively and efficiently.
  • Strongverbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Possess astrong understanding of the financial services industry andlocal / GCC capital markets products.
  • Motivated individualwith a Positive attitude.
