  • As head of Client RelationServices & Excellence you will provide directionand leadership for all business areas, as well as facilitatescommunication between clients, operational teams, and any othervendors / partners.
  • A senior level strategistand leader who also does the work, you will also be responsible formanaging, building, and growing client relationships and visibilityand presence with collaboration of Retail, Marking &Communication teams Additionally, the Director is focused onproviding direction and guidance on strategy and creatingopportunities for program development and expansion
  • Developing best in class customer insight, segmentationand direct response marketing.
  • Creating acohesive customer experience across all channels includingE-commerce and all Digital Communication Partners, CRM withinLoyalty Program
  • You will ensure implementationof Key Strategies set by central guidance and rolled across allDigital Mediums and teams, including Retail and Productteams
  • All E-commerce activity and execution ofstrategies will be a key part of this role. It will be essentialall roll-outs are in harmony within the business from Marketing,Retail, IT, Logistics, Retail website and all areas withinE-commerce must also be aligned to a qualitativeframework
