To assist the Recreation Manager in maintaining the safety and security of pool and beach area, to create brand awareness and build loyalty, to maximize revenue through sales in Kempinski Membership to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of Guest and Members activities, updating, improving and implementing new activities in order to achieve maximum sales and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following :
Ensure a safe environment for all children attending the kids club at all times.
Ensures smooth operations of the recreation at all times
Possess good communication skills and should be a team player and a leader
Assists the manager in completing day-to-day task of the operation.
Ensures that recreation area Pool, Beach, Retail shops and Kids Club are always clean and presentable
Assist the manager to train the staff regularly as per the training schedule.
Complies with and complete any other work duties that may be handed down by the Recreation Manager.
Maintain highest standards to integrity, work ethics and discipline at all times. Sell, promote and achieve sales target in Kempinski Membership and other recreation activities
To organize and supervise Kids activities at Kempinski hotel and Residences Palm Jumeirah.
To provide a high standard of service and motivation for recreational activities to guests and members
To assist the manager in designing daily activities for residents and members, using the recreation and outside resources, with regards to their specific needs and interests
To monitor the quality and acceptance of individual activities
To assist in the general promotion of the recreation and its facilities, be aware of all sales opportunities within the hotel at all times and fully conversant with all other hotel facilities
To provide an efficient, courteous and informative service to members and guests
To participate in sales calls and promotions that will further improve or develop future membership sales
Monitor cost and charges to achieve the highest possible profitability whilst ensuring guests and members satisfaction
To keep the property ahead of its competitors by responding to any changes in recreation activities as dictated by customers, trends or management
To motivate guests and members to adopt a regular routine of exercise
Complies with all company policies relating to the hotel and recreation in particular
Ensures through effective supervision that all services provided are available and carried out efficiently
Assist subordinates whenever requested
Works within pre-set budgetary limits
Assist to maintain a high level of constant communication with all other departments
Assists and compliments guest relations and in-house sales whenever require
