Job Role : Indoor SalesEngineer
Job Brief :
Representing the company in developing excellent customerrelationships with all existing and potential customers throughinformative, efficient and most friendly service.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Assists and handle all walk-in customers (from inquiry stage toinvoicing as a whole pack-age)
Provides ahigh level of customer service to ensure clients completesatisfaction.
Reviews customer orders anddrawings provide price and create production orders.
Proactive actions and sales including telesalescalling.
Process orders / sample requestscoming in via walk-in customer mainly
Followup orders, be sure that the customer get the fastest service, noteand report any delay to the management.
Carry outanalysis of market, industries, type of application etc. and setrecommendation accordingly.
Developsrelationships with customers, responding to their questionsefficiently and courteously.
Efficientcommunication with all staff regarding production, timing andcustomer updates.
Applying Cross sellstrategy to improve the business
Assistscustomer to fill comments form to get his I her feedback.
Consults with the Management for matters relatedto customer service improvement.
Achievingmonthly sales target
