Meet and exceed the assigned booking goals for the region. Development of the FLIR Enterprise market, Integrators, end users & distribution network.
Evaluate and appoint new customers as required. Motivating and working with partners to drive demand. Territory to be covered is as follows : Middle East Represent the FLIR line of Quasar High Definition IP security cameras, ioimage video analytics cameras and video encoders, Latitude Network Video Management Software (NVMS), and our Applications & Integrations Center (AIC) custom engineering products and services in the assigned territory to increase sales volume both with existing customers and new prospects.
Work closely with and support new SI channels of Value Added Resellers (VARs) along with Architectural and Engineering Consulting firms and end users in the designated area.
Work with End Users in your territory to expand the brand awareness of the FLIR product line, to assist in network designs incorporating the FLIR products and to facilitate the sales efforts of the Systems Integrators.
Build and manage the Dealer Network in the assigned territory. In cooperation with channels plan and execute local sales activities : Support partners on local tradeshows, plan and execute seminars for key customers, conduct product demonstrations.
Deliver customer presentations and demonstrations on the FLIR Smart Security Solutions product line to potential customers, consultants and system integrators.
Prepare project quotes. Respond to customer RFPs, RFIs & BOQs. Negotiate customer contracts (VAR Agreements, specific project deals) Manage projects / accounts to ensure customer satisfaction.
Participate in trade shows. Manage company staff resources necessary to accomplish sales goals Reporting to EMEA Enterprise Regional Manager maintain timely, weekly forecast updates Meet expense budget targets Maintain a database of customer contacts with customer profile information within the FLIR corporate Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, which is Microsoft Dynamics today.
For accounts, document our product fit, competitive threats, sales objectives and strategies and sales action plans. Provide written feedback to company management and to Product Marketing on user requirements and competitive information obtained from market inputs.
On a general level provide distributors and system integrators with support in technical and system architecture questions related to FLIR products.
Conduct sales training and product training sessions for integrators, distributors, dealers, & service agents using the established training programmes to a level where they can actively sell the product.
Assist Company Management in refining the Company's business and sales strategies. Assume responsibility for demo-equipment and monitor the condition of all equipment assigned for demonstration purposes.
Quarterly certification of demo unit condition is required. With support from FLIR Contracts department, arrange representation contracts with all Distributors, Shipyards (OEM contracts where necessary), Dealers, Service agents, and installers in territory and continuously review and update them.
Propose to cancel existing cooperation agreements when necessary due to poor performance or other relevant reasons. Collaborate with other Regional Sales Manager in the sales development for each territory.
The candidate should expect to travel extensively within the territory, around 60%. The Regional Sales Manager will also be required to carry out any other duties as may be reasonably requested by the Company from time to time.
