Senior Brand Manager NIVEA MEN Beiersdorf Middle East FZCO (Dubai) - Dubai, Emirate of Dubai Internal Marketing Plan
Lead the annual Marketing Plan, under the supervision of the Marketing Manager within the long term Business Plan, liaise with Global Headquarters / Regional offices to identify appropriate product innovations, local supply chain to ensure that internal processes are properly managed and Commercial Units (CUs) are fully briefed and resourced to deliver appropriate Customer Marketing Plan.
Marketing & Communications Strategy
Detailed consumer understanding based on U&A and various focus group studies. Understand category, core NIVEA and competition consumers to craft the best in class communication.
Lead, in coordination Marketing Manager, international BDF communications agencies to ensure the best-in-class adaptation / creation of marketing and communication campaigns suited to the different local markets.
Apply and further build digital capabilities to leverage consumer journeys and deliver brand KPIs.Digital Content Production
Anchor and oversee digital and social marketing initiatives , in collaboration with CX team , to develop online platforms and build strong community
Solid experience in managing social media influencers ( Independents and / or agency represented )Long Term Business Plan
Prepare a 3-year business plan by brand group to provide strategic direction for individual sub-brands and define contribution to future sales and profit growth.Innovations & Renovations
Evaluate, scope, and validate concept to product development of exciting marketing mixes so as to bring in relevant innovations and renovations that excite and engage consumers.International Exchange
Develop a thorough understanding of the local consumer needs and competitive context for your category.
Lead exchange of insights / recommendations with GBU / REGION / / MU Office to facilitate the definition of regional marketing and communication strategy and local competitive advantage.
Assure Product Supply.Business Development and Market Understanding
Achieve sales, profit, and market share objectives in line with the MU Annual Marketing Plan through monthly performance analysis, leading to recommendations for appropriate corrective actions.Marketing Budget Control
Control marketing investment in line with the agreed Marketing Plan, updated as necessary during the financial year.Maximization of Return on Investment
Review and consistently evaluate alternative marketing investments opportunities to maximize return on investment against agreed brand objectives.
Achievement of Customer Marketing Plan
Coordinate MENA brand activities of Shopper & Customer Marketing to achieve the agreed Customer Marketing Plan.Assure Product Supply
Coordinate with supply chain function to ensure the continuous supply of product to the marketplaceData Analytics & Convert to Strategy
Guide brand manager to get best in class and on time analysis for all retain audit, research data. Convert to action / strategy together with the team.
Keep an eye on broader trends / top level focus areas to channelize team energy / time in the right strategic directions.Team Development
Continually guide and develop brand manager to reach senior brand manager role.Your ProfileBachelors / Masters in Business Administration from a recognized University preferably with a focus on Marketing.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in consumer marketing specialising in fast moving consumer goods.Minimum 1 year in current role mandatory.
Proven track record in leading brand strategy to win in the market.Previous experience in Male Grooming category is a plus.
Strong analytical skills and flair for numbersThe ability to think creatively and comfort with social media formats and their role within significant platforms ( Snapchat , Tiktok , IG ) .
Passion for Gaming and football are crucialAbility to combine detailed analysis with the big picture and brand strategy to generate compelling strategic scenarios.
Passion for growth, consumer understanding and digital marketing.Language : Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
