Job Key Details :

  • Plan and organize meetings and conferences for the staff
  • Prepare routine letters, reports, memoranda as well as minutes of meetings
  • Establish needs and orders office supplies as well as equipment
  • Handle human resources, their welfare as well as related legal compliance
  • Maintain office equipment in operational state
  • Receive visitors and handle their inquiries
  • Organize conferences, meetings as well as travel reservations for office staff
  • Preserve schedule and event calendars
  • Job Qualifications and Experience

  • University Degree in Secretarial Studies or Business Administration
  • Proven experience working as a secretary
  • Must have good knowledge in application of project permits, inspections, NOC’s etc to local authorities
  • Good knowledge of office practices, procedures as well as computer applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have good experience in human resource duties
