Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Developing strategic marketing plans for theschool
  • Implementing and executingmarketing plans for all centres in Education
  • Review, report on and iterate marketing calendars atregular intervals for to ensure maximum impact and return oninvestment
  • Ensure effectivecommunication between parents and staff to ensure that there is ashared perception of quality, and review and approve allcommunications to parents
  • Build strongand effective relationships with stakeholders ensuring a supportiveand productive environment
  • Supportbusiness planning process which includes developing and trackingKPIs, budgets and marketing strategies with General and CentreManagers
  • Lead market research oncompetitors and customers with actionable insights andanalysis
  • Uphold brand guidelines andensure they are adhered across physical and online touchpoints andCentres
  • CRM champion for the group -following lead generation and engagement models across thefunnel
  • Support the development ofcommunication strategies and fulfillment of through marketingautomation and email programmes as well as other touch points
  • Manage social media content, process andadvertising campaigns working closely with each centre and theMarketing team
  • Develop and managedigital campaigns working closely with Marketing
  • Coordinate and execute events & workshops workingwith the Managers
  • Write clear andcompelling copy & content to be used across a variety ofmediums such as newsletters, partner communications, socialcontent, parent surveys
  • Collaborate andcreate photo and video content with the Creative Team
  • Support editorial opportunities and outreach workingwith the Head of Marketing
  • Adaptation ofcreative assets and creation of briefs for designers
  • Liaison and management of suppliers and freelancersto deliver high-quality output, to brief and on time workingclosely with the Head of Marketing
  • Manage partner marketing opportunities and relationships
  • Skills Required

  • Minimum 5 yearsmarketing experience with a BABS marketing degree or relevantqualifications
  • Fluency in English, bothwritten and verbal
  • Excellentcommunication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills; proventeam-first mentality as well as taking initiative
  • Proven analytical skills, fluent at manipulatingdata to surface insights
  • A commerciallyastute marketer comfortable with interpreting financial data
  • Proficiency and proven track record in writingand storytelling to create clear and inspiring content to be usedacross all channels
  • Solid understandingof digital marketing practices
  • Proficient with social media platforms and analytical tools
  • A good eye for design aesthetics andunderstanding of the creative process
  • Strong attention to detail and resourcefulness to deliverhigh-quality communications 1st time, every time
  • Well organised with a strong sense of prioritisation andproblem-solving skills working within a dynamic environment
  • Ability to think creatively andinnovatively
  • A positive and proactiveperson with the ability to innovate with new ideas as well as anenthusiastic learner
  • Experience ingraphic design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop orCanva
  • Working knowledge of MailChimp orsimilar software is highly desirable
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation and CRM tools is highlydesirable
  • Experience with ContentManagement Systems such as Wordpress
  • Experience in an educational company is anadvantage
