Job Duties :

  • Notify boardmembers of meetings and includes agenda, noting items that needspecial preparation
  • Maintain allofficial records of Board activities including those of BoardCommittees, as directed by the Board
  • Develop andoversee the systems that ensure that the Company complies with allapplicable codes as well as its legal and statutoryrequirements
  • Responsible forcoordinating the orientation of new Board Members
  • Manage thecorrespondence between the Board and other parties includinginternal coordination with Authority staff reviews responses forquality and completeness before sharing them with the Board
  • Ensure thetimely preparation and distribution of materials for Board andBoard Committee meetings, consistent with Board approved bylaws andprocedures. Requirements :
  • B.Sc degree inLaw, Business or other related field
  • CorporateGovernance certificate is essential
  • Held the office ofCompany Secretary of a public company for at least Five years
  • Three yearsof experience of implementing corporate governance policies& procedures
  • Professional levelof writing proficiency and computer processingpurposes.
