Job description / Role

Employment : Full Time

  • Female candidate with bachelors degree.
  • Min 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Should have experience in Order Processing
  • Data entry
  • Prepares invoices for billing
  • Timely activation / Follow up with Clients.
  • Liaise with credit control team on all issues regarding non-payment accounts to ensure deactivation occurs, with approvals from Management.
  • Online follow up
  • Providing sales and marketing support.
  • Reporting and maintaining of data along with support to marketing team
