Job Role : Executive Director Enterprise Services
Our client, a well-knowninvestment company in Abu Dhabi, is currently seeking for anExecutive Director Enterprise Services who will beresponsible in overseeing the delivery and execution of enterpriseservices for the company, such as, human resources, procurement,finance and information technology, enable investment executionthrough the provision of right tools and support, provide strategicfinancial management leadership to the finance section and supportcompany'
s management with value driven finance andaccounting advice whilst maintaining financial control and drivingfinancial efficiency and sustainability.
Oversee the developmentand provision of the Enterprise Services’ serviceframework along with relevant SLA's to define servicestandards and quality for company’s employees
Ensure that relevant Human Resources, Procurement,Finance and Information Technology governance frameworks andapplicable policies are in place to support company’sgoals and mandates
Drive internal customersatisfaction surveys aimed at identifying areas for improvement,building efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery andimproving customer service standards
Showcase subject matter expertise and ensure accurate reporting offinancial information in a timely and effective manner for bothexternal and internal consumption
Provideleadership and oversight on day to day accounting operations andprocessing of all financial transaction, including strategicplanning, financial reporting, forecast and budget management,investments, treasury, operations, etc.
Establish dynamic finance models to analyze past and future trendsand provide input / recommendation towards company’sstrategy to ensure future financial sustainability and cashflow
Responsible for accurate and timelypresentation of company’s financial performance throughcompany’s annual audited financial statements, annualreports and other financial reports
Overseethe disbursement of incentives for all programs / projects managedby company and management of company’s treasury,investments, working capital and financial risks
Mastermind the development and enforcement of financialpolicies and procedures and internal control regardingcompany’s overall financial activities
Assess company’s future financial healththrough financial forecast models and utilize them to supportstrategic planning, capital improvement and funding decisions
Ensure attraction, retention and development oftalent as well as employee well-being and motivation
Identify opportunities for leveraging the use of IT,either in-house or outsourced, to enhance business operations andfacilitate knowledge management and information sharing
Maintain a secure and reliable information technologyinfrastructure that ensure the availability of critical informationand systems and information technology environment that ensuresconfidentiality and integrity of data
Perform any other duties as requested by the reportingmanager
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting and / or relatedfields
Multi-lingual candidate will bepreferred (English, Arabic, other languages)
Minimum 14 yearsof experience in ADGE support
