As a IT Support Analyst you will beresponsible to Monitor the internal ticketing systems, completingbasic support requests via remote tools.
Also Configure, maintain,and troubleshoot.
Software and license installation
Develop and document tickets, resolutions, procedures,configurations, and assets.
Engage in trainingopportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in key areas,such as equipment / OS support, networking, and operatingsystems.
Analyze issues and create solutionsfor hardware and software problems.
ProvideIncident Management, Problem Management and RequestManagement
Solve complex issues, covering bothtechnical and business needs
Maintain aknowledge database of known errors and help initiate and deliverprocess improvements
