As a IT Support Analyst you will beresponsible to Monitor the internal ticketing systems, completingbasic support requests via remote tools.

Also Configure, maintain,and troubleshoot.

  • Software and license installation
  • Develop and document tickets, resolutions, procedures,configurations, and assets.
  • Engage in trainingopportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in key areas,such as equipment / OS support, networking, and operatingsystems.
  • Analyze issues and create solutionsfor hardware and software problems.
  • ProvideIncident Management, Problem Management and RequestManagement
  • Solve complex issues, covering bothtechnical and business needs
  • Maintain aknowledge database of known errors and help initiate and deliverprocess improvements
  • Uphold high standards fortimely issue resolution
  • Gender : Any

    Qualification : Bachelor’s in engineering

    Nationality : Any

    Experience : 1-3Years

    Responsibilities : license installation, resolutions,procedures, configurations, and assets
