  • Provide support for HumanResources team and various department as needed
  • Perform a wide variety of clerical, technical,administrative, and office support duties
  • Electronically maintain all Human Resources departmentfiles, including personnel files with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Filing must be kept up-to-date to ensure readiness to access datais available.

  • Maintain administrative formsand update manuals
  • Provide customer service,both in-person and by telephone
  • Answerquestions from employees regarding human resources issues, rulesand regulations
  • Compose and type letters,memoranda and other correspondence related to assigned humanresources programs and activities
  • Assist inretention program initiatives
  • Communicationwith various departments regarding employee issues andinitiatives
  • Jobskills :

  • 1 - 2 yearsof Human Resource experience preferred
  • Advanced PC skills with experience using Word, Excel,PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet experience required
  • Human resource database software experiencepreferred
  • Outstanding organizational skillswith strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and writtencommunication skills
  • Self-starter with aproven ability to take initiative on time sensitiveprojects
  • Team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple taskssimultaneously
  • Ability to use good judgment inconfidential situations
