Group Sales Specialist of Employee Benefits Programmes, UAE

Our client, a global Middle East based insurance company is seeking highly qualified Group Sales Specialist of Employee Benefits Programmes to join their team in the UAE.

The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the Group Sales Manager.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage schedules and appointments with prospective clients.
  • Generate new business through the sale of group Employee Benefit insurance products.
  • Achieve sales targets set by producing new profitable business and renewing existing
  • business.

  • Demonstrate clear understanding of corporate (life / medical) insurance coverages to meet client needs.
  • Analyze existing exposures and present alternative insurance solutions to fulfil the needs of prospects and clients.
  • Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in corporate insurance sales in the insurance industry in the GCC.
  • Must have University Education in Business and Marketing.
  • Must have a driving license and a car.
