  • To ensure a consistently highstandard of customer service is delivered by all SERVICEPLUSassociates
  • Ensure and maintain the security ofinformation relating to customers and associates in thehotel
  • Actively solicit customer feedback
  • Deals efficiently and courteously with allcustomer’s complaints and ensure that he / she refers tothe Team Leader or Manager when necessary
  • Dealsefficiently and courteously with all customer’s requestsby monitoring and following up with the according associates andcorrect channels
  • When dealingwith other departments, ensures the use the right channel whenadvising or requesting items / services for guests
  • Effect the fast and efficient monitoring and follow up ofguest requests
  • Enters messages accurately for guests anddelivers them in a timely manner.
  • Handles wakeupcall requests and writes up a wakeup call summary.
