Apply structured Sales Management Process to maximize sales and increase market penetration to
Manage and develop growth of panel builders within the project sector and ensure successful
penetration of new products.
Interfacing with clients, providing a clear interpretation of their equirements from the enquiry onset and
ensure good working relationship.
Follow up sales enquiry, gather client’s feedback and provide further information as required.
Create new enquiries and maintain an effective enquiry database with robust enquiry and order
Plan and prioritize personal sales activities and customer / prospect contact towards achieving agreed
business aims, including coasts and sales especially managing personal time and productivity.
Conduct customer satisfaction survey in order to analyse and measure company’s product quality and
services for continuous improvement.
To promote the company in line with its standard sales strategies and literature.
Work in close collaboration with estimation engineers to build a winning value proposition and offer
strategy and configuration requirements of the customers.
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
Adhere to health and safety policy, and other requirements relation to care of equipment.

To Acts as good ambassador of the company, projects good image of the company outside and
collects market developments and competitors activities
Achieves the Sales Target
Collects Enquiries, Prepares Quotations, Constantly visit the customer, Close the sales
Collects payments, Collect Credit applications
Ensures that credit is extended only to credit worthy customers
1. Qualification, Knowledge, Experience
a) Academic Qualification & Professional Qualification
Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
b) Experience (minimum preferred)
5 years experience in selling of panel builders within Abu Dhabi market..
Must have good contacts with consultants and contractors.
Must be able to estimate the project.
2. Key Competencies
Knowledge of ADDC and AADC regulations is required.
Need to be a good team player.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Must be proficient in MS office
