Key Responsibilities Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant Analyzing and planning operations to restaurant sales levels Ensuring implementation and management of marketing activities such as promotional events and discount schemes Preparing reports at the end of the shift week including Sales reports Inventories wastages Executing plans for department sales profit and staff development Setting budgets and or agreeing them with the General Manager Planning and coordinating Stocks and packaging Coordinating the entire operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts Management of Staff during shifts ensuring the productivity levels of the staff is maximized during shifts Responding and resolving customer complaints and elevating the major to complaint to the General Manager Ensuring that all employees adhere to the company s uniform standards Meeting and greeting customers Building relationships with regular clientele Advising customers on menu choices Continuous training and motivating staff Maintaining high standards of quality control hygiene and health and safety Checking stock levels and ordering supplies Preparing cash drawers and providing petty cash as required Helping in any area of the restaurant when circumstances dictate Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : FAST CASUAL RESTAURANT
