Key Tasks 1 Coordinate VIP groups and corporate bookings fulfilling financial and contractual considerations 2 Be flexible in answering and providing quotes for booking enquiries and on-

selling further activities and products 3 Handle all customer requirements and deliver accordingly 4 Be responsible for all administrative requirements related to Corporate Event Management Sector 5 Handle all customer requirements and deliver accordingly within operational parameters 6 Update and record all bookings ensuring fluent communication of bookings across all departments 7 Coordinate payments with finance section 8 Coordinate with F B if any requirements for the bookings 9 Update and record all reservations and confirmations of all bookings i e corporate groups etc 10 Maximize sales of the leisure centers and actively research out potential clients 11 Continuous visits to corporations exhibitions and special functions via structured call cycle 12 Coordinate with finance for all invoices and receipts for guests 13 Ensuring Contractual process is executed effectively through all stages i e drafting legal negotiations approvals signing execution 14 Developing different definite revenue streams for business to establish a steady healthy growth 15 Develop initial budget sales strategy for segments he is responsible towards 16 Align the discount structure sale price between the different segments of Corporate Sector with assistance of colleagues 17 Other tasks as directed by the line manager Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : Majid Al Futtaim
