  • Significant prior advertising measurementexperience
  • Work closely with the sales teams,advertisers and internal Marketing Science teams.
  • On the back of data driven analysis drive best practicesand input combinations that maximize advertiser value on theplatform
  • Help identify and prioritizehypotheses to test - hence help drive a test and learn method ofoptimization across account teams
  • Supportexecution of these best practices via providing tracking support asrequired, and feedback to course correct or test additionalhypothesis
  • On the back of this work, create aset of best practices on DR that can drive impact for advertisersin a scaled manner
  • MinimumQualification

  • Between6- 12 years of relevant experience, exposure to digital marketing / marketing measurement combined with hands on data analyticsexperience.
  • Quantitative background with very good SQL skills andthe ability to analyze large datasets to extract meaningfulinsights is a requirement

  • Strong SQL skills toextract, aggregate data and run analysis independently.
  • Ability to run statistical models using tools like R,etc.
  • Statistical analysis experience,experience in experimental design for marketingmeasurement
  • Excellent communication andclient-interaction skills are essential
