Responsibilities Oversee the daily financial operations of the region and resolve issues Responsible for the financial analysis of Projects Ensure accurate and timely reporting of the monthly results of the M East Monitor Cash and Receivables Participate in the review of expenses and invoices Monitor Cash Disbursements and Payables Responsible for weekly and monthly cash forecasts Review monthly payroll check accuracy Review monthly schedules which calculate EOSB Review monthly vacation accruals Review receivables with Management and Reporting Line Prepare monthly reports analyzing operations performance Provide management with monthly KPIs and other metrics necessary for the sound management of the business Quarterly review of bonding requirements and charges Quarterly review of receivable reserves Manage and direct the preparation of annual budget and updated forecasts as necessary Manage and direct Middle Easts internal and external audits Implement tax strategies where necessary Overview and ensure SOX FCPA compliance Perform other duties as required RequirementsFunction of Position Supervise and safeguard the proper conduct of the overall Hill accounting function in the ME both for statutory purposes as well as for Management reporting purposes Responsible for the development and production of KPIs and Financial Reports on a timely fashion to enable management to plan and assess the companys operational performance Coordinate and manage Accounting Financial Analyst staff located across the ME Region Cultivate and maintain relations with external auditors of the group in the Middle East and the US Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the Regional Consolidated Financials for Management Ensure the proper preparation and the timely submission of tax returns in coordination with the Athens based Tax Compliance Manager Develop and uphold the organizations accounting policies practices and internal controls Ensure compliance with all requisite Companys policies and external requirements Direct and have overall responsibility for day to day operations internal controls forecasts budgets banking etc Profile Summary : KeySkills : Profile Summary : KeySkills : Company Profile : Hill International was founded in 1976 and became one of the largest construction claims consulting firms in the world It wasn t long before we realized that Hill could be more than a reactive resolver of disputes and could become a proactive solver of problems before they arise With the best professionals in the construction industry Hill began providing project management services Today Hill is proud to be one of the top construction management companies in the world having successfully managed some of the largest most complex construction projects in locations throughout the world Our formula is simple we hire the best people understand our clients needs and objectives then take ownership of each and every project where we are involved No matter how large or small our role is in a project our mission is to exceed our clients expectations in every way possible Our history is defined by thousands of successful projects Our future is defined by the success of your next project
