Reporting to the RVP, Middle East, the candidate manages and coordinates sales activities in a country / region by applying and administering organization policies.
Performs the following duties personally. Is responsible for all country / region sales functions on a day-to-day operating basis.
Implements the Company’s alliance and international business development strategies, and develops traction and sales relationships.
As our Country Sales Manager, you will :
Develop and implement a unique sales strategy to serve a variety of clients in their country / region marketplace
Be responsible for preparing sales forecasts, define sales plans, and build a process to track and monitor progress against the plan
Work withPresales Engineer to analyze customer’s needs and assists in defining product scope and directionAnd develop the sales channels, including customer analysis and strategy, presentations and process management
Establish and maintain distribution channels for the Company’s products and services
Perform market driven analysis, develop business plans and business requirements, and determine product scope and direction as it relates to country / region needs
Deliver sales presentations to key clients
AssistIn product demonstrationsThe sales team with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Manage deliverables and schedule to include requirements definition, requirements review and approval, requirements validation, and requirements delivery
Review analyses of activities, costs, operations, and forecast data to determine division’s progress toward stated sales goals and objectives
Participate inEstablishing of pricing strategies, including pricing fee structureFormulating and administering company policies
Confer with supervisor and other sales personnel to review achievements and discuss required changes in sales goals or objectives resulting from current status and conditions
Serve as member of management committees on special studies
As a prerequisite to become our Country Sales Manager, you :
Have8 to 10 years related experience in sales and service of internet hardware or carrier services products; or equivalent combination of education and experienceExtensive management experience in large and regionally diversified sales and support organizationsA native-level fluency in language(s) of countries servedThe ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Are experienced inDivisional or regional profit and lossThe oversight delivery and installation of Internet hardware or connectivity products
Are able toRead, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsWrite reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicCalculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
Can interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Are knowledgeable about Internet software; Sales Order processing systems and Word Processing software
