Assist Marketing function on the developmentand implementation of Marketing Campaigns that meet businessobjectives. Manage end to end process of all campaigns, assistingwith coordination across the team, marketing planning andstrategies.
Working closely with agencies to deliver the plansacross MENA.
KEY ROLE SPECIFICACCOUNTABILITIES :
Assist on the developing of Marketing, Social and P.R.Campaigns that are in line with business priorities and markettrends.
Ensure the most cost efficient andeffective use of marketing spend.
Monitor thedevelopment and implementation of advertising, social, digital andpromotional activities, across the region on a weekly basis driving the team to also do the same and suggeststrategies or changes required in order to help meet businessobjectives
Review entire customer journey(including in stores) regularly in order to maximize sellingopportunities and enhance the perception and experience of thebrand influencing the advising the VM team as and whenneeded on where improvements or help is required
Support MM to prepare and present strategicpresentations, drive marketing initiatives across the region viacampaigns, promotional activities, events, content creation andcampaign management.
Support on thepreparation of marketing analysis, plans, strategies and budgetestimates.
Manage external and internal communication ofcorporate affairs
Provide support on Plan A,CRM and group led initiatives.
Represent the brand and marketing team duringgroup leadership meetings, external meetings with media and drivethe business’ agenda with partners in an efficient andinnovative way.
Demonstrate strong leadershipfor Marketing, Social and P.R. to help achieve departmentalgoals.
Manage competitive studies and organizemarket research when required implementing newmarketing strategies based on sound factual evidence andencouraging wider cooperation from stakeholders whererelevant
Work closely with UKmarketing, Operations, Buying, VM and Store Development to deliverintegrated campaigns that achieves business objectives.
Influence the UK team to drive support and buy in forlocalise initiatives that support MENA objectives.
Manage the development and implementation of socialcontent calendar, consumer PR activities including generating PRangle, soliciting PR opportunities, development of presskit / release, and media event, etc.
Oversee CRMinitiatives, reviewing results of campaigns and influencing theteam in order to drive more targeted communication that issuccessful in driving sales.
Reviewing performance closely at grouplevel and with the operations team
Effective time, cost and manpower management by assessingrisk and benefit and identify improvement areas to maximizeeffectiveness.
Lead by example by mentoringand coaching team to upskill individuals in order to meetdeadlines, reports, review creative and deliver marketing plans andstrategies effectively and on time.
Lead andmaximize subordinates productivity and performance.
Monitor work standards and provide performance coachingto Team members
Minimum Education,Experience andKnowledge :
Bachelor’s degree in marketing orequivalent
Over 5 years of relevant experiencein Marketing & P.R., with at least 2 years in with thebrand locally.
Active interest in CRMinitiatives and monitoring performance.
Soundknowledge in the production of creative materials
Sound knowledge in media planning and buying
Sound knowledge in public relations and corporateaffairs
Sound knowledge in marketresearch
Good knowledge in budgeting andaccounting
Good knowledge in social media anddigital marketing
