Overseeall cash management procedures including system transactions,control the voiding system, opening & cash out procedure,system reconciliation, daily banking procedures etc.
Prepare weekly reports and provide relevantfeedback and suggestions to the Area / Operations Manager tomaximise operational efficiency.
Maintainoptimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations tocater to customer demands.Manage wastage and variance as per agreedtargets.
Adhere to the strict statutory requirements and establishedhealth, hygiene & safety policies and standards within theOutletManage staff schedules and leave plans to ensure optimumstaffing at all times.
Average team management of 4-8 people
Ensure that the outlet operations and brandguidelines are adhered to as required by the company and thefranchise standards.
Handle customerqueries / comments to maximise customer satisfaction.
Seek new opportunities to drive and create additionalsales
Ensure all products delivered tocustomers are as per brand standards.
Gather market intelligence and provide feedback to enable the Area / Operations Manager to plan future strategies and action plans tostay ahead of competition, increase sales.
Ensure compliance with all legislation and ATG policies andprocedures
