Job Description

  • Training usersto use new hardware, software; new features of existing software;etc.
  • Troubleshooting local area networks(LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and Internet systems
  • Performing regular maintenance to ensure that networksoperate correctly
  • Troubleshooting technicalissues
  • Proficiency in Windows / Linux / MacOS
  • Certification in Microsoft, Linux, or Ciscois advantageous.
  • Diagnosing and repairingfaults.
  • Troubleshooting technicalissues.
  • Replacing or repairing the necessaryparts
  • Supporting the roll-out of newapplications.
  • Testing and evaluating newtechnologies.
  • Installing and configuringcomputer systems
  • Diagnosing and solvinghardware / software faults
  • Loggingcustomer / employee queries
  • Analyzing call logsto spot trends and underlying issues
  • Ready towork on rotational shift , having 24 / 7 support delivery experience.Ready to extend working hours during emergencysituation.
  • Monitoring tickets entered into theService Desk issue tracking system; following up with referraltechnician and contacting user after resolution for quality controlpurposes.
