Research the market identify the potential leads Contact the clients introduce Align services and solutions and generate meetings Attend daily meetings with the clients create interest and offer the right solutions that meet the client s needs Develop and confirm partnership with new clients Responsible of understanding the client s requirement and needs Research the market identify the most suitable candidate communicate with our confidential network and we search the best talents with relevant expertise Assess the candidates experience skills and potential through a multistep process that includes telephonic and facetoface interviews Present the candidates to the client get feedback and ensure that the position is filled and finalized with the right candidate within the client s budget and deadline Achieve the weekly and monthly metrics in order to successfully close the monthly target The role is target oriented with strict KPIs set on weekly monthly quarterly basis Targetdriven very committed and dedicated A good listener with strong convincing and negotiation skills Able to develop strong relationships with clients Very enthusiastic presentable selfmotivated with a positive attitude Have strong communication problem solving and interpersonal Skills Eager to learn and grow Knowledge about recruitment process is highly preferred
