Human Resources Degree or relevant workexperience.
5 years + of HR or Compensationand Benefits experience.
Working experiencewith Oracle.
Excellent knowledge of MicrosoftOffice Suite, advanced level in MS Excel.
Excellent written and verbal English communicationskills.
Safeguard and protect theconfidentiality of sensitive HR data at all times.
The candidate isexpected to carry out the following tasks :
Responsible for generating all Compensationand Benefits reports for the HR department and DepartmentManagers.
Responsible for the data entry oftimely and accurate Compensation and Benefits data in Oracle andvarious HR systems.
Responsible for thecreation and maintenance of the Organisational Structure andPosition Hierarchy in the HR system.
Preparenew recruitment Compensation benchmarks (both Employees and DayRate Contractors) in line with market data and the Companystrategy.
Prepare End of Service Benefitcalculations and statements. Coordinate with Finance and otherconcerned departments. Ensure final settlement payments are made toemployee after recovery of outstanding loans and required exitformalities.
Transfer payments to the banks in the case of SalaryTransfer Letters. Coordinate with Finance and the HR ExecutiveAssistant to ensure a seamless process in line with companypolicy.
Assist with the processing of themonthly payroll for both Staff employees and Contractors accuratelyand in line with company policies and procedures, including loadingof reimbursements and deductions to employee salaries.
As well asgenerate payroll reports.
Oversee the timelyentry of absences into Oracle to support payroll processing. Ensureabsences entered into Oracle comply to company policy.
