Handle aspects of generaladministrative work

Responsible for front office dutiesand ensure reception duties are handled in an efficient,professional and courteous way

Welcome clients orvisitors in a proper way

Required to plan, schedule andorganize meetings

Manage the diary including formal andinformal engagements

Prepare and share staff meetingminutes as appropriate

Maintain cleanness in the officearea

Conduct filing and book keeping activities

Job Qualifications and Experience

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration orrelated discipline

At least 1 year of experience in thesame role

Expertise in Microsoft Officeapplications

Good communication abilitiesrequired

Ability to maintain confidentiality at alltimes

Excellent planning and time managementskills
